Great app, but no response from support

I love the designs. However, the transparent background is not transparent.

Ive reported the bug about two weeks ago, and neither received a response nor is there an update here. Thats a shame as this app would otherwise be exactly what Im looking for. But the supports non-responsiveness makes it useless.
